Charles H. O'Dell, 79, of Stronach, passed away Tuesday March 8, 2022
Born May 10, 1942 in Curwensville, he was the son of William H. (SUB) and Ural Alfaretta (Middleton) O’Dell. Mr. O'Dell had worked many jobs in several states and various occupations, and retired from Kip's Bus Service. He was a former member of the Army 101st Airborne.
He is survived by 8 children Scott Swatsworth and wife Regina of Olanta, Diane Miller and husband Edward of Clearfield, Robin O'Dell and partner Peter Swanson of Hyde, William O'Dell and wife Trindle of Kerrmoor, Carl O'Dell and wife Marie of Clearfield, Michael Tripp and wife Kelly of Tennessee, Barb (Tripp) Noone and husband Doug of Curwensville, Thomas Tripp and partner Sherry Buck of Curry Run, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Orville O’Dell and wife Jean, and Emily Lentz all of Curwensville; Albert O’Dell of North Carolina; and Rebecca Gorsline of Sayre, PA, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife Dolores J. (Tripp) O'Dell, his parents, 4 brothers and 1 sister, Dan, David, James, Edward O'Dell, and Virginia (O'Dell) Bogart. And 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild.
There will be no public visitation or services at this time. A memorial will be held at the family’s convenience.
