Dawn Maderia Clouse, 63, of Centre Hall, PA, passed away on June 9, 2023. She was born on June 2, 1960, in Clearfield, PA, to Gust, Jr and Mae (Mathews) Maderia. Dawn was generous, thoughtful, and self-sacrificing. She was a hard-working, result-oriented person who always strived for excellence. She loved to cook/bake and often used these skills to demonstrate her love for others. She was survived by her husband, James Clouse, her parents, her brother Chip Maderia, her two sons, Christopher and Brandon Stiffler, and her granddaughters, Faith and Jemma Stiffler.
Dawn attended Curwensville Area High School and graduated in the Class of '78. For a while, she owned a tanning salon and permanent makeup business called Pretty in Ink in State College. There, she lived out her passion for serving those who have served our country where she was loved and befriended by so many.
A private family gathering is planned to celebrate her life and memory. Dawn will be missed by all who knew her.
