Helen Hoover, 76, of Woodland, went to her heavenly home on Monday, June 7, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born April 24,1945 to the late Harry A. and Mabel G. (Welker) English. Helen loved the Lord and blessed many lives. She was a member of the Clearfield Alliance Church. Helen worked for many years at Clearfield Cheese and Murata Electronics. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren who referred to her as “Nan.”
Helen is survived by her loving family, her husband of 60 years, William (Bill) Hoover and five children, Karen (Cliff) Fulmer, Michele (John) Hilderbrand II, Michael (Diane) Hoover, Bobbi Emerick and fiance’ Derrick Gary, and Robin (Rex) Pynos. She will also be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Jeremy Pritts, Vanessa Turner, Jaclyn TerreBlanche, Jessica Adler, John Hilderbrand III, Kristopher Hoover, Kevin Hoover, Jason Emerick, Brittni Stephens, Brooke Emerick, Anne Pynos, Allison Pynos and Lex Pynos and 15 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 5 loving sisters, Barbara Casher, Virginia Lauder, Gloria Read, Diane Kennedy and Sharon Shaw and a very special life-long friend, JoAnne Rishel and her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant grandson and grandson James Pritts.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on June 19, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Clearfield Alliance Church.
