Hugh K Grattan, 83, passed away on January 7, 2025 at his residence.
He was born January 13, 1941, the son of Murray and Kathryn (Shannon) Grattan.
He worked for Department of Labor and Industry for the Commonwealth of PA where he retired from in 1998.
Hugh is survived by his wife Shirley (Walker) Grattan whom he wed October 19, 1963. He is also survived by a daughter, Mary Kay (John) Phelan of Philipsburg; three grandsons, Sean Moore of Lakeland, FL, J.D. Phelan of Houtzdale, and Ryan Phelan of Philipsburg; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Regis Grattan of Sebring, FL.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Grattan and Patrick Grattan.
Honoring Hugh's wishes, there will be no public services.
