Nancy Marie (Condon) Boal, 75, of Clearfield, went to be with the Lord on September 29, 2023, after her long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
She was born the daughter of Helen Lois Starr on August 27, 1948.
She was a homemaker for most of her life as well as being employed by DuBois Continuum of Care for several years.
She wed David L Boal of Clearfield on April 3, 1965. She is the mother of five children; Brenda (Boal) Warren of Clearfield, Bobby L Boal of Clearfield, Richard H Boal of Clearfield, Lisa M (Boal) Fetters of Grampian, and Brion L Boal of Clearfield. She is the grandmother of several grandchildren; David Gallaher, Laci Hooven, Kimberly Hooven, Shannon (Hooven) Murgash, Amber (Boal) Maines, Buddy Boal, Gina (Boal) Richner, Ashley (Fetters) Sabol, Curtis Fetters, August Boal, Samantha Bloom, and Chesney Boal. She is the great grandmother of several great grandchildren; Isaia, Shianne, Alezabeth, Jet, Katelyn, Keegan, Emerson, Waylon, Cayden, Mason, Deacon, Jason, Jaxon, Abby, Daxton, Zayden, and Lorian. She is the sister of Ken Starr (Edith Starr) of Clearfield. She is the sister in law of Sherry Boal. She is the aunt of Kenny Starr Jr, Kristine Starr (Dixon), as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded into death by her husband, David L Boal, mother, Helen Lois Starr, stepfather, Forrest Johnson, two grandchildren, Terra L Boal and Bobbi Sue (Boal) Rodgers, a nephew, Bradley Haney, and daughter in law, Nicole L Leigey.
Nancy loved life and her family. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and shopping, among many other things. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, which she showed often. She raised many children, not just her own. Her memory will live on forever.
As her wish, there will not be any services. However, there will be a celebration of life organized by her family later on.
