Richard G. Tuttle, 82, of Sumner, IL passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born February 27, 1937 in Robinson, IL, he was the son of Lawrence and Myrtle (Simons) Tuttle.
Mr. Tuttle was employed as a lineman.
