William J. Coulter Jr., 64, of Osceola Mills died on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at his home.
He was born on April 11, 1957 in Punxsutawney, a son of Flora Jane (Curtis) Kanouff of Clearfield and the late William James Coulter.
Bill enjoyed a good party and helping out friends. He was a mechanic by trade, working on large trucks, cars and river boats.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Laura (Lanager) Coulter of Osceola Mills; a sister, Wanda Crispell and husband Mark of Clearfield; a brother, Daniel Coulter and partner Becky of FL; three step children, Michael Lanager and partner Ashley of WV, Byron Coates and wife Laura of FL, and Jasmine Wise and husband Curtis of Philipsburg; nine grandchildren, Susan Lanager, Nathean McDonald, Ashley McCreadie, Landon Coates, Braydon Coates, Tamera Kay Williams, Curtis Wise, Jr., and Camilla Jeanette Williams; a great granddaughter, Olivia Wall; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step father, Harry Kanouff; a granddaughter, Olivia Coates; twin nephews, Paul Michael Coulter and Michael Paul Coulter; and numerous aunts and uncles.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
